摘  要:四川大学华西天府医院项目西地块主要采用桩基础,桩径较大且部分桩较长。西地块土质复杂,杂填土较厚,软弱松散且分布不均,中间夹杂大量大直径石块,若采用常规工艺在此类土质上进行桩基施工,极易发生塌孔、断桩现象。为解决此类地质情况下成孔、桩基成型难题,采用旋挖桩全钢护筒施工技术,即通过处理复杂地基,选择合适长钢护筒以及设置双钢护筒等方法,可提高桩基成孔速度,确保桩孔成型质量。The west block of West China Tianfu Hospital of Sichuan University project mainly adopts pile foundation,with large pile diameter and some long piles.However,in the west block,the underground soil is complex,the miscellaneous fill is thick,soft,loose and unevenly distributed,and a large number of large-diameter stones are mixed in the middle.If the conventional technology is used for pile foundation construction on this kind of soil,the phenomenon of hole collapse and pile breakage is very easy to occur.In order to solve the difficult problems of hole forming and pile foundation forming under such geological conditions,a kind of construction technology of all steel casing of rotary excavation pile is adopted,that is through the treatment of complex foundation,the selection of suitable long steel casing and the setting of double steel casing,the speed of hole forming of pile foundation is improved and the quality of pile hole forming is ensured.
