摘　　要：分析儿童孤独症谱系障碍病因有痰、虚,均与脾失健运相关,故治疗需以脾为核心,在健脾益气的基础上,结合患儿临床表现不同,兼顾心、肝、肾之病变,分别相应采取养心安神、疏肝理气、补肾填精的治疗方法。Phlegm and deficiency,which are both associated with dysfunction of spleen,are considered to be the etiology of Autism Spectrum Disorder(ASD).So,treating ASD should be centered on spleen,and strengthening spleen and replenishing Qi.The heart,liver and kidney should also be noticed according to different clinical syndromes of ASD patients,and correspondingly the methods of nourishing heart and tranquilizing mind,dispersing liver and regulating Qi,or replenishing kidney and supplementing essence are adopted.
