摘 要:为了研究干燥煤炼焦预处理技术对循环氨水用量和剩余氨水产生量的影响,通过查询相关基础数据,以1 t干煤为基准,对入炉煤水分为11%和2%时的循环氨水用量及剩余氨水量进行了理论计算和比较。结果发现,当入炉煤水分从11%降低至2%时,冷却荒煤气需要的循环氨水量从6794.9 kg下降至5338.4 kg,下降约21.4%;炼焦产生的剩余氨水量从133.2 kg降至32.4 kg,下降75.7%。To study the impact of dry coal coking pretreatment technology on recycled ammonia water consumption and surplus ammonia water generation,through looking up the relevant basic data,with 1 t dry coal as the basis,theoretical calculation and comparison were made on the recycled ammonia water consumption and surplus ammonia water generation when the moisture of coal as fired was 11%and 2%respectively.It was found that,when the moisture of coal as fired decreased from 11%to 2%,the recycled ammonia water amount required for cooling crude gas fell from 6794.9 kg to 5338.4 kg,decreased by about 21.4%,the surplus ammonia water amount generated from 1 ton dry coal coking fell from 133.2 kg to 32.4 kg,decreased by about 75.7%.
