摘  要:针对武钢焦化3^#、4^#焦炉频繁出现推焦大电流甚至二次焦的事故,从焦炉炉况、推焦车状况、焦炉温度及配煤影响等方面进行了原因分析,得出焦炉炉顶空间温度过高和炉墙石墨清除不及时是主要原因。通过制定炉墙石墨清除制度、调整加热制度等措施,使焦炉推焦电流平均值由原来的221 A降至181 A,且未再发生二次焦事故。In view of the frequent accidents of high pushing current and even secondary coke in 3~#and 4~#coke ovens of WISCO,the causes analysis was made from the aspects of the status of coke oven,the status of pushing car,the temperature of coke oven and the influence of coal blending.It was concluded that the main reasons were the high furnace top temperature of coke oven and the untimely graphite removal of furnace wall.The average value of coke pushing current of coke oven was reduced from 221 A to 181 A,and there was no secondary coke accident after furnace wall graphite removal regulation was made and heating policy was adjusted.
