摘 要:针对乒乓球尼龙拦网材料,对其性能进行探究并改进。采用硼酸酯偶联剂对硼酸镁晶须进行表面改性,再将改性后的硼酸镁晶须分别加入尼龙6中,制备出相应的硼酸镁晶须/尼龙6复合材料。对新复合材料的拉伸性能、弯曲性能、冲击性能和热变形温度进行了测试与分析,同时对复合材料的形貌进行了表征。实验结果表明,当硼酸镁晶须含量为30%时,复合材料的综合性能最佳,BE-1及BE-2改性的硼酸镁晶须/尼龙6复合材料弯曲强度、拉伸强度、冲击强度比未改性的硼酸镁晶须/尼龙6复合材料性能均有大幅度提高。In order to investigate and improve the performance of nylon blocking materials for table tennis, this article uses a borate coupling agent to modify the surface of magnesium borate whiskers, and then adds the modified magnesium borate whiskers to nylon 6, respectively. The corresponding magnesium borate whiskers/nylon 6 composites were prepared. The tensile properties, bending properties, impact properties, and thermal deformation temperature of the new composite materials were tested and analyzed. At the same time, the morphology of the composite materials was characterized. The experimental results show that when the magnesium borate whisker content is 30%, the composites have the best comprehensive properties. The BE-1 and BE-2 modified magnesium borate whiskers/nylon 6 composites have bending strength, tensile strength, and impact. The strength is greatly improved than that of the unmodified magnesium borate whisker/nylon 6 composite.
