摘 要:建筑室内的墙面涂层在受热、氧、水、光等环境因素的影响下,会引起聚氨酯涂层的老化,并且不同的环境因子引起聚氨酯涂层老化的机理不同。聚氨酯涂层的老化实质表现在涂层中聚氨酯树脂的老化,该老化过程不仅受自身的化学结构和合成工艺的影响,其外在的环境因素也是主导老化的主要因素。该文简单阐述了聚氨酯老化机理研究、以及研究方法,通过相关的实验案例说明紫外线和盐化因素对老化的影响,对于延长聚氨酯涂层的使用寿命具有重要的应用价值。Under the influence of heat, oxygen, water, light and other factors, the wall coating of the building interior will cause the aging of the polyurethane coating, and for different environmental factors,the aging mechanism of the polyurethane coating are different. The aging of the polyurethane coating is manifested in the aging of the polyurethane resin in the coating. The aging process is not only affected by its own chemical structure and synthesis process, but its external environmental factors are also the main factors leading to aging. This paper briefly describes the research on the aging mechanism of polyurethane and the research methods. The related experimental cases illustrate the influence of ultraviolet and salination factors on aging, which has important application value for prolonging the service life of polyurethane coating.
