摘 要:北洋政府时期是中国从传统农业向现代农业过渡的起步时期,而农业改良则是促进农业发展的重要内容之一。湖北省的农业改良,作为全国农业改良的一个缩影,实现了初步的品种改良和经济作物推广,建立了一批国营、民营林场和农垦公司,促进了农业教育,起到了启迪民智的作用。文章从农业改良的领导与组织机构和主要内容入手,分析了农业改良的成效和存在的问题,为当今中国推进农业现代化提供了可资借鉴的历史启示。Beiyang Government marks the beginning of transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, so agricultural improvement has become one of the important parts to promote agriculture. As a microcosm of the national agricultural improvement, the agricul-tural improvement in Hubei Province has realized the initial variety improvement and the extension of cash crops. At the same time, a number of state-owned, private forest farms and agricultural reclamation companies have been established. Agricultural education is cultivated, and agricultural improvement has enlightened many people. Starting with the leadership, organization and main contents of agricultural improvement, this paper analyzes the effect and problems of agricultural improvement. It provides some historical enlightenment for China to promote agricultural modernization.
