摘 要:乌拉哈达水利枢纽工程由东、西两座水库组成,两库联合调度主要解决张家口市的防洪问题。东库位于张家口市清水河支流东沟上,是一座以城市防洪为主,结合供水、兼顾灌溉等综合利用的中型水利工程,通过对新营子和南地两处坝址从地形地质条件、枢纽建筑物布置和投资、库区淹没和移民安置、筑坝材料、施工等多方面进行技术经济比选,最终确定东库采用南地坝址。Wulahaerda hydro-junction is consisted with two reservoirs located on west and east.They work together to control flood of Zhangjiakou city.The east located on the bank of a branch Donggou(branch of Qingshui River),which is aimed at city flood control,in the same time,has the ability of water supplication of the city,agricultural irrigation and so on.After compared with the differences between the two location candidates:Xinyingzi and Nandi,including the topographical and geological conditions,investment and location of the key structures,reservoir flood area,migrantion of the local people,material can be use,construction difficulties and many other facilities,we decide to choose Nandi.
