摘　　要：目的:探讨Ⅱ期逆行输尿管软镜联合经皮肾镜治疗鹿角形肾结石的临床疗效。方法:2017年2月-2018年6月收治鹿角形肾结石患者50例,随机分为两组,各25例。观察组给予Ⅱ期逆行输尿管软镜联合经皮肾镜治疗;对照组给予常规经皮肾镜碎石术治疗。比较两组手术疗效。结果:观察组手术时间、出血量、住院时间等一般手术指标均优于对照组,观察组结石清除率显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组手术并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Ⅱ期逆行输尿管软镜联合经皮肾镜治疗鹿角形肾结石疗效显著,安全可靠,能在提升患者结石清除率的前提下,缩短患者手术时间、保证患者治疗安全性。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of stageⅡretrograde ureteroscope combined with percutaneous nephroscope in the treatment of staghorn calculi.Methods:50 patients with staghorn calculi were selected from February 2017 to June 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 25 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with stageⅡretrograde ureteroscopy combined with percutaneous nephroscopy,the control group was treated with routine percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.The results of the two groups were compared.Results:The general operation indexes such as operation time,blood loss and hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the stone removal rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of operative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The stageⅡretrograde ureteroscopy combined with percutaneous nephroscopy is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of staghorn renal calculi.It can shorten the operation time and ensure the treatment safety of patients on the premise of improving the stone clearance rate.
