美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭200例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭的效果。方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治冠心病心力衰竭患者200例,按照治疗方式分为两组,各100例。常规组给予常规治疗;治疗组在常规治疗基础上给予美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗组临床总有效率高于常规组,治疗组纠正心衰时间及总住院时间均短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后左心室收缩末期内径、左室射血分数、舒张压和收缩压水平均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规抗心力衰竭基础上给予美托洛尔联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病心力衰竭疗效显著,可更好地改善患者心功能,及时纠正心衰,缩短治疗时间。Objective:To explore the effect of metoprolol combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods:From January 2018 to January 2019,200 patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were selected.According to the treatment,they were divided into two groups of 100 cases in each.The conventional group was treated with routine treatment,the treatment group was treated with metoprolol and trimetazidine on the basis of conventional treatment.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,the total clinical effective rate was higher than that in the conventional group,and the time to correct heart failure and the total hospitalization time were shorter than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of routine anti heart failure,metoprolol combined with trimetazidine has significant effect on heart failure of coronary heart disease,it can improve the heart function of patients,correct heart failure in time and shorten the treatment time.
