带状疱疹并发多组颅神经麻痹1例报告及分析

摘　　要：皮肤带状疱疹临床较多见,但带状疱疹并发多组颅神经麻痹的病例临床上少见。查阅现有文献显示,带状疱疹并发外展神经、动眼神经、面神经麻痹的病例尚有报道,但带状疱疹同时并发外展神经、面神经、舌咽神经、迷走神经、副神经、舌下神经麻痹的病例报道极少。本文报告1例额面部带状疱疹后并发多组颅神经麻痹患者,分析发病机制、鉴别诊断及治疗过程,并回顾相关文献,为临床医生提供参考。Skin herpes zoster is more common clinically,but multiple groups of nerve palsy associated with herpes zoster are rare in clinic.Examining the existing literature shows that cases of herpes zoster complicated with abducent nerve,oculomotor nerve and facial nerve paralysis have been reported,however,the cases of herpes zoster with abduction nerve,facial nerve,glossopharyngeal nerve,vagus nerve,accessory nerve and hypoglossal nerve paralysis at the same time are rarely reported.This paper reports one patient with multiple groups of cranial nerve paralysis after frontal facial herpes zoster,analyzes the pathogenesis,differential diagnosis and treatment process and reviews the relevant literature to provide reference for clinicians.
