间苯三酚对于加速产程和妊娠结局的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:探究间苯三酚对于加速产程和妊娠结局的影响。方法:2018年6月-2019年6月收治足月胎膜早破2 h未临产产妇120例,随机分为两组,各60例。对照组使用缩宫素治疗;观察组使用缩宫素联合间苯三酚治疗。比较两组产程时间及妊娠结局。结果:观察组第一产程时间、第二产程时间、总产程时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组阴道分娩率高于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:间苯三酚与缩宫素联合使用,可有效缩短产妇产程,使阴道分娩成功率得到有效提升,且使产后出血情况得到有效控制,妊娠结局良好。Objective:To explore the effects of resorcinol on accelerated labor and pregnancy outcomes.Methods:From June 2018 to June 2019,120 maternal of full term birth with premature rupture of membranes two hours before labor were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin and the observation group was treated with oxytocin combined with resorcinol.The time of labor and outcome of pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results:The time of the first stage of labor,the time of the second stage of labor and the time of the total stage of labor in the observation group were lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of vaginal delivery in the observation group was higher than in the control group and the rate of cesarean section was lower than in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined use of resorcinol with oxytocin can effectively shorten the labor process and improve the success rate of vaginal delivery,it make postpartum hemorrhage condition get effective control and pregnancy outcome is good.
