摘　　要：目的:研究针刺治疗对单纯性下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效。方法:2017年1月-2018年1月收治静脉曲张患者90例,随机分为两组,各45例。观察组接受8周针刺治疗;对照组采用口服迈之灵治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后静脉曲张严重程度评分(VCSS)均优于治疗前,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺治疗原发性下肢静脉曲张有效,可显著减轻症状严重程度,减少症状发作频率,并且8周后能保持良好的远期疗效.Objective:To study the clinical effect of acupuncture on simple varicose veins of lower limbs.Methods:90 patients with varicose veins were selected from January 2017 to January 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with acupuncture for 8 weeks,the control group was treated with maizhiling.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The VCSS score of the two groups after treatment was better than that before treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture is effective in the treatment of primary varicose veins of the lower extremities.It can significantly reduce the severity of symptoms,reduce the frequency of symptoms,and maintain a good long-term effect after 8 weeks.
