摘　　要：目的:分析急性心力衰竭患者平均血小板体积(MPV)、血浆脑利钠肽(BNP)水平的变化及意义。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年5月急性心力衰竭患者62例作为心衰组,另选取同期体检健康人60例作为对照组。两组均予以抽MPV与BNP检查,对比两项指标水平;比较心衰组中不同心功能分级患者MPV与血浆BNP水平。结果:心衰组患者MPV和血浆BNP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心衰组心功能Ⅲ~Ⅳ级患者MPV及血浆BNP水平均高于心功能Ⅰ~Ⅱ级患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性心力衰竭患者存在MPV、血浆BNP升高的情况,且二者的水平可反映心衰严重程度。Objective:To explore the changes and significance of MPV and BNP in patients with acute heart failure.Methods:From January 2018 to May 2019,62 patients with acute heart failure were selected as the heart failure group;At the same time,60 healthy people were selected as the control group.Both groups received blood sampling to check MPV and BNP,we compared the two indicators;We compared MPV and BNP levels in patients with different functional grades in the heart failure group.Results:In the heart failure group,MPV and BNP were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the heart failure group,the MPV and BNP levels of patients with cardiac function of gradeⅢ~Ⅳwere higher than those of patients with cardiac function of gradeⅠ~Ⅱ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MPV and BNP were increased in patients with acute heart failure,and their levels could reflect the severity of heart failure.
