摘　　要：目的:研究长期住院精神分裂症患者家属探视状况及对患者社会功能康复的影响。方法:2017年5月-2019年5月收治长期住院精神分裂症患者60例,分为两组。定期探视组32例,不定期探视组28例。比较两组患者社会功能的康复状况和精神症状的改善情况。结果:定期探视组社会功能评分和精神状况评分均优于不定期探视组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家属探视状况对于长期住院精神分裂症患者社会功能的康复和精神状况的改善具有重要的影响,应该予以重视。Objective:To study the visiting status of family members of schizophrenic patients in long-term hospitalization and its influence on their social function recovery.Methods:60 long-term inpatients with schizophrenia were selected from May 2017 to May 2019,they were divided into the two groups.32 cases in the regular visit group,28 cases in the irregular visit group.The recovery of social function and improvement of mental symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of social function and mental state in the regular visit group were better than those in the irregular visit group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The visiting status of family members has an important influence on the rehabilitation of social function and the improvement of mental status of long-term inpatients with schizophrenia,which should be paid attention to.
