摘  要:机场助航灯光站供配电常存在三相负荷不平衡问题,除增加能耗和运行成本外,还可能给飞机起降带来安全隐患。智能算法可高效优化控制不平衡的相序调整策略。以三相电流不平衡度及最小换相次数为目标,本文建立了机场灯光站三相不平衡优化模型,并引入精英自适应混合遗传算法求解该模型。文献算例及机场实例分析结果表明,该方法可显著改善不平衡情况,为提高灯光站供电质量、保障机场安全、降低能耗和运行成本奠定可靠的基础。The three-phase load unbalance problem that often exists in the power supply and distribution of airport navigation lighting stations,in addition to increasing energy consumption and causing economic losses,may also bring the hidden safety hazard to the aircraft taking off and landing.Phase sequence adjustment strategy for three-phase load unbalance can be efficiently and conveniently optimized through intelligent algorithms.With the three-phase current unbalance degree and the minimum number of phase conversion as the target,this paper establishes a three-phase unbalanced optimization model for airport lighting stations,and introduces an elite adaptive hybrid genetic algorithm to solve the model.The results of literature calculation and analysis on actual airport example show that the proposed method can significantly alleviate the current unbalance situation and also lays a reliable foundation for improving the power supply quality of lighting stations,ensuring the airport safety,and reducing energy consumption and operating costs.
