高校发展性资助育人存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：分析高校发展性资助育人的必要性及存在问题,认为对高校贫困大学生人文关怀及心理关注不足,高校贫困大学生家庭功能缺失以及“因贫致卑”心理是导致大学生发展性资助育人工作效果欠佳的主要原因。应当采取建立“三位一体”精细化发展性资助育人体系、形成“家校育人”长效机制及“助人”与“育人”双管齐下等对策。Analysis of the implementation of the developmental aids for education in colleges and universities led to the findings that the ineffectiveness of the aids was caused by a lack of attention to the psychological needs of students in financial difficulty,the malfunction of their families and the sense of inferiority bred by poverty.Some countermeasures were put forward such as the establishment of a“three-in-one”fine and developmental support system,the formation of long-term“home-school education”mechanism,and the combination of“helping students”and“educating students”.
