当代大学生先进典型效应弱化及省思

摘　　要：大学生先进典型人物事迹感人至深、蕴含着巨大的教育能量。然而,现实中大学生优秀典型人物群体典型示范、感召引领效应没能够充分显现甚至呈现弱化趋势,要破解大学生先进典型效应发挥中存在的“偏差”“误差”“温差”及“落差”问题,需要完善典型考评机制、注重典型过程性培养、彰显典型本质以及强化典型的价值标准等。The deeds of the advanced typical figures of college students are touching and profound,and of enormous educational energy.However,in reality,the typical demonstration and inspirational leading effect of college students'outstanding typical figures cannot fully manifest or even shows a trend of weakening.It is necessary to improve the typical evaluation mechanism,pay attention to typical process cultivation,highlight the typical essence and strengthen the typical value standards in order to solve the problems of“deviation”,“error”,“temperature difference”and“falling”in the development of advanced typical effects of college students.
