摘　　要：根据国家“放管服”要求,施工图纸全面推行“多审合一”势在必行,电子报批是实施“多审合一”的关键支撑技术。文章介绍了电子报批的概念和研究现状,然后以园区智慧规划电子报批系统为例,详细介绍了电子报批系统的总体框架、设计内容、关键技术,并进一步分析了电子报批系统的整体流程及与其他规划系统的相互关系,实现了电子报批图纸辅助设计、审批、入库管理的一体化电子报批解决方案。According to the requirement of replacing management with services,it is imperative for construction drawings to be reviewed by one department.Electronic approval is the key supporting technology for the implementation of review.This paper firstly introduces the concept and research status of the electronic approval.Then,it takes the electronic approval system of park for example,introducing the overall framework,design contents,key technologies and the whole technological process of the electronic approval system in detail.Finally,it realizes the integrated electronic approval solution with drawing aided design,approval,warehousing management.
