摘　　要：北斗地基增强系统建立后,对外提供2000国家大地坐标系,在实际地方应用中,三维位置如何转换到平面+高程的作业模式,是当前北斗地基增强系统的应用难题。本文开发出基于北斗地基增强系统的在线转换系统,该系统可以通过专网模式下,实现三维位置转换到平面+高程的作业模式,解决了实际作业中的困难,真正意义上实现了北斗地基增强系统的全动态、高精度的三维测量能力。After the establishment of Beidou foundation reinforcement system,the 2000 national geodetic coordinate system has been provided.How to convert the three-dimensional position to the operation mode of plane+elevation in practical local application is a difficult problem in the application of Beidou foundation reinforcement system.This paper develops an online coordinate conversion system based on Beidou foundation reinforcement system.The system can realize the conversion of three-dimensional position to plane+elevation operation mode through the special network mode,which solves the difficulties in actual operation and realizes the full dynamic and high-precision three-dimensional measurement capability of Beidou foundation reinforcement system.
