摘  要:本研究以辽宁省大连市高校的少数民族大学生为例,采用半结构访谈方法,通过了解他们的基本情况、个人就业目标和未来发展方向等,分析影响少数民族大学生就业观念的各种因素,用统计性就业歧视理论、人力资本理论、教育筛选理论、劳动力市场分割理论分析论述少数民族大学生就业观念形成的原因和就业困境,并针对如何改变少数民族大学生就业处于劣势的局面提出相关建议与对策。This study takes students from minority universities in dalian city,liaoning province as an example,Semi-structured interview was adopted,By understanding their basic information,personal employment goals and future development direction,This paper analyzes various factors that affect the employment concept of minority college students,Using the theory of statistical employment discrimination,the theory of human capital,the theory of educational screening and the theory of labor market segmentation,this paper analyzes the reasons for the formation of the employment concept of minority college students and their employment dilemma,And how to change the minority college students employment in the disadvantaged situation put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures.
