摘　　要：在“推动城镇化”和“乡村振兴”两项政策背景的推动下,越来越多的“城郊融合型”或“城中村”项目正在振兴、提升和改造。文章仅就“城郊融合型”这一类型的乡村项目进行讨论,总结项目中遇到的问题,并设计和探寻此类型的乡村建设更有效的实施方式。Driven by the policies of“promoting urbanization”and“rural revitalization”,more and more“suburban fusion”or“urban village”projects are being revitalized,upgraded and transformed.The paper only discusses the rural project of the type of“suburban fusion”,summarizes the problems encountered in the project,and designs and explores more effective way of implementing this type of rural construction.
