摘　　要：成本适中的“美国风”住宅是赖特建筑创作的一个特殊阶段,赖特将自己的创作从昂贵的大房子转向了在资源短缺和成本上升背景下解决低成本住房的问题。本文从美国风住宅的背景出发,分析社会生活形式的改变对住宅平面形式和空间形式的革新,以及在此过程中的技术革新:三明治墙、平面网格和重力热,并结合其特点分析对当代建筑的启示。The Usonian house of moderate cost is a special period in the architectural creation of Wright.He diverted attention from large and expensive houses,struggled with the problem of low-cost housing against a background of shortages of resources and rising costs.In this paper,starting from the background of Usonia,we analyze the impact of the change in social life on the innovation of residential flat form and spatial form,and technological innovation therein,namely board and batten walls,the planning grid and underfloor heating.Then this paper analyzes its inspiration to the contemporary architecture in combination with its characteristics.
