历史街区更新中原真性思考——以大连东关街为例

摘　　要：文章以原真性保护理念为基础,通过提取和分析东关街风貌设计要素,总结出东关街更新中原真性保护的两条线索,即保护物质形态、传承历史文脉,并着重从建筑形态、街区肌理、街道界面、原住居民、文化风貌等角度探讨了原真性的营造,提出东关街风貌设计的构思和具体手段,以推动东关街的持续健康发展。Based on the concept of authenticity protection,this paper,by extracting and analyzing the design elements of Dongguan street,summarizes two clues for the renewal of authenticity protection of Dongguan street:protecting material form and inheriting historical context.In order to promote the sustainable and healthy development of Dongguan street,this paper discusses the construction of authenticity from many angles including architectural form,street texture,street interface,indigenous residents,cultural style,etc.,and puts forward ideas and specific means for the style design of the street.
