早期微创碎吸术应用于高血压脑出血的效果及对血清炎症因子水平与生活质量的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析高血压脑出血患者早期应用微创碎吸术治疗后效果。方法:将我院105例高血压脑出血患者应用随机数字表法分为对照组52例及观察组53例,两组患者均行微创碎吸术治疗,对照组患者于发病后6~24h进行手术,观察组患者于患者发病后6h内进行手术,观察两组患者手术后效果、炎症因子水平变化、术后并发症发生率,并对比两组患者手术前后生活质量变化。结果:观察组治愈率、总有效率、生活质量评分高于对照组,TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1β水平及并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期微创碎吸术能够有效降低高血压脑出血患者炎症因子水平,减少术后并发症,改善患者生活质量及预后,提升治疗效果。Objective:To analyze the effect of early minimally invasive surgery on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:105 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group(n=52)and the observation group(n=53).The patients in both groups underwent minimally invasive surgery.The control group was 6-24 h after onset.The patients in the observation group underwent surgery within 6 hours after the onset of the disease.The postoperative results,the changes of inflammatory factors and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed.The quality of life of the two groups before and after surgery was compared.Results:The cure rate,total effective rate and quality of life score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group.The levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-1βand the incidence of complications were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early minimally invasive aspiration can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage,reduce postoperative complications,improve the quality of life and prognosis of patients,and improve the therapeutic effect.
