自拟活血通瘀汤辅助治疗急性心肌梗死的效果及对血小板最大凝聚率的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨自拟活血通瘀汤辅助治疗急性心肌梗死的效果及对血小板最大凝聚率的影响。方法:选取2017年8月至2018年12月于我院收治的急性心肌梗死患者88例为研究对象,采用数字表随机划分为研究组44例和参照组44例,参照组给予西医常规治疗,研究组在参照组的基础上服用自拟活血通瘀汤。两组患者对比治疗两周后近期疗效、血小板的凝聚率以及生活质量评分。结果:研究组的总疗率为93.18%较高于参照组的77.27%(P<0.05);治疗前两组的血小板凝聚指标均无差异(P>0.05),研究组治疗后血小板的凝聚率优于参照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组的生活质量评分无差异(P>0.05),治疗后研究组的躯体功能、社会功能及心理功能均高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟活血通瘀汤辅助治疗急性心肌梗死具有更好的疗效,有效抑制血小板的聚集,改善患者的凝血功能,提高患者的生活质量,可作为临床上的参考。Objective:To investigate the effect of self-designed Huoxuetongyu decoction in the adjuvant treatment of acute myocardial infarction and its effect on the maximum platelet aggregation rate.Methods:88 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and the patients were randomly divided into the study group and the reference group with a numerical table.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the study group was given self-designed Huoxuetongyu decoction on the basis of the reference group.Short-term efficacy,platelet aggregation rate and quality of life scores were compared after two weeks of treatment in both groups.Results:The total treatment rate of the study group was 93.18%,which was higher than that of the control group(77.27%)(P<0.05).There was no difference in platelet aggregation index between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the platelet aggregation rate in the study group was better than that in the control group after treatment(all P<0.05).There was no difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(allP>0.05),and the physical,social and psychological functions of the study group were higher than those of the control group after treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-designed Huoxuetongyu decoction has better curative effect in the adjuvant treatment of acute myocardial infarction,effectively inhibits platelet aggregation,improves the coagulation function of patients,and improves the quality of life of patients,which can be used as a clinical reference.
