摘 要:夹具是环境试验中必不可少的一个构件,设备需要通过夹具与振动台体进行转接,同时夹具又需将振动台的激励力不失真地传递给设备,从而完成振动试验.目前由于试验人员对试验夹具重视不够而导致振动试验中出现过试验或欠试验.以一种舰载电子设备为对象,设计该类设备的通用型夹具,并通过计算机对其三维模型进行有限元仿真,给出夹具结构的前4阶频率,并在实验室对夹具实物进行了共振测试,结果表明,该夹具可以满足该类舰载电子设备振动条件使用.Equipment needs to be connected with vibration table through fixture,which is an essential component in environmental tests.At the same time,the fixture needs to transfer the excitation force of the vibration table to the equipment without distortion,aimed at completing vibration tests.Currently,the lack of attention to test fixtures on the part of test personnel gives rise to over-tests or under-tests in vibration tests.In this paper,a kind of shipboard electronic equipment is taken as the object,a general-purpose fixture of this kind of equipment is designed,and its three-dimensional model is simulated by computer,the first four frequencies of the fixture structure are given,and the resonance test of the fixture is carried out in the laboratory.The results show that the fixture meets the vibration conditions of this shipboard electronic equipment.
