药学类专业“3+2”专升本人才培养模式研究

摘　　要：以吉林化工学院药学类专业高职和本科教育衔接试点“3+2”项目为例,根据我国药学人才市场和社会的需求,分析“3+2”专升本应用型人才培养的意义,围绕如何结合学生的自身特点,探索适应医药行业发展的药学类专业“3+2”专升本人才培养模式,提出有价值的总体思路和对策。This paper takes the pilot“3+2”project of linking higher vocational education with the undergraduate education of pharmacy major in Jilin Institute of Chemical Technology as an example to analyze the significance of the training of application-oriented talents in“3+2”adult higher education based on the needs of the pharmaceutical talent market and society in China.According to the characteristics of the students,the paper explores the training mode of“3+2”adult higher education for pharmacy major that are suitable for the development of the pharmaceutical industry,and puts forward valuable ideas and countermeasures.
