摘 要:以碳纤维和莫来石晶须为增强体,通过热压法制备出了碳纤维/莫来石晶须协同增强的树脂基摩擦材料,并研究了碳纤维和莫来石晶须添加比例对摩擦材料性能的影响规律.结果表明,当碳纤维含量为20 wt%、莫来石晶须含量为5 wt%时,所制备的树脂基摩擦材料(CP-20)的性能最佳,其平均摩擦系数为0.54,弯曲强度为98.56 MPa,磨损量相较于碳纤维含量为5 wt%、莫来石晶须含量为20 wt%的初始样品降低了81%达0.028 mm^3.Resin-based friction materials were prepared by hot pressing method,in which carbon fibers and mullite whiskers were used as reinforcements.The effect of carbon fibers and mullite whiskers addition ratio on the properties of friction materials were investigated.The CP-20(20 wt%of carbon fibers and the 5 wt%of mullite whiskers)had the best performance in the prepared resin-based friction materials.The average friction coefficient of CP-20 was 0.54 and the bending strength was 98.56 MPa.The wear volume of CP-20 was 0.028 mm^3,which decreased 81%than the CP-5(5 wt%of carbon fibers and the 20 wt%of mullite whiskers).
