中晚期肾癌介入治疗患者中应用优质护理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的分析中晚期肾癌介入治疗患者应用优质护理的临床效果及体会。方法回顾性分析我院收治的118例介入治疗的中晚期肾癌患者临床资料,将其随机分为观察组与对照组各59例,其中对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组采用优质护理,比较两组患者的护理效果统计指标,以评价两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度、护理质量合格率、健康教育达标率等指标均显著优于对照组,差异具统计学意义(P<0.05),结论针对中晚期肾癌介入治疗患者应用优质护理可显著改善治疗效果,提高患者满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective to analyze the clinical effect and experience of high quality nursing in the interventional treatment of advanced renal cancer.Methods the clinical data of 118 patients with advanced renal cancertreated by human intervention were analyzed retrospectively.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,59 cases in each group.Routine nursing measures were used in the control group,and high quality nursing was used in the observation group.The statistical indicators of nursing effect of the two groups were compared to evaluate the nursing effect of the two groups.Results the indexes of nursing satisfaction,qualified rate of nursing quality and qualified rate of health education in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion the application of high-quality nursing in the treatment of intermediate and advanced renal cancer patients can significantly improve the treatment effect,improve patients'satisfaction,and has a high clinical application value.
