摘 要:为了研究野生植物对石油污染土壤修复效果,以废弃油井区为研究对象,选取10种野生植物种植,测定其种类、数量、生物量,并对植物体内和土壤石油含量进行测定分析。结果表明:在初始石油质量比为7780,14564,19324 mg/kg的3个样区中,铁杆蒿、虎尾草、猪毛蒿、冰草、白羊草在数量总和、生物量总和上分别占3个样区的78%,93%,100%和89%,95%,100%。5种植物的种类、数量在样区1,2,3中逐渐减小,植物总生物量顺序:样区1>样区2>样区3,样区总生物量与土壤石油含量成负相关关系。120 d样区1,2,3石油降解率分别为61.17%,46.13%和39.11%,与对照相比,分别增加了45.75%,30.72%和23.69%,石油降解率和样区总生物量成线性相关。植物中石油含量与土壤初始石油含量成正相关。in order to study the effect of wild plants on the remediation of oil contaminated soil,10 kinds of wild plants were planted in the abandoned oil well area,and their species,quantity and biomass were measured,and the oil content in the plant and soil was analyzed.The results showed that in the three sample areas with the initial oil content of 7780,14564,and 19324 mg/kg,Artemisia Tigris,Artemisia,Agropyron,and Leymus chinensis accounted for 78%,93%,100%,89%,95%,and 100%of the total amount and biomass respectively.The order of total biomass was:sample area 1>sample area 2>sample area 3.There was a negative correlation between total biomass and soil oil content.The oil degradation rates of 1,2 and 3 were 61.17%,46.13%and 39.11%respectively in 120 days sample area,which increased by 45.75%,30.72%and 23.69%compared with the control,respectively.The oil degradation rate was linearly correlated with the total biomass of sample area.There is a positive correlation between the oil content of plants and the initial oil content of soil.
