摘 要:为了解阳澄湖沉积物N,P及有机质含量空间分布及污染状况,于2018年2月采集沉积物并测定了TN、有机质(OM)和TP含量,分析了污染因子含量分布及其相关性,采用有机指数和污染指数法对沉积物进行了污染状况评价。结果表明:阳澄湖表层沉积物中TN质量比为3046.65 mg/kg,变化范围为1272.66~5399.56 mg/kg,TP平均质量比为721.90 mg/kg,变化范围为412.15~1425.54 mg/kg,OM的平均质量分数为8.28%,其变化范围分别为1.24%~27.55%。TN和OM空间分布均呈现出阳澄西湖低、阳澄东湖高的特征,TP空间分布与TN,OM空间分布相反。相关分析表明,TN和OM之间存在着显著相关关系(p<0.05)。有机指数和污染指数评价结果表明,阳澄湖全湖区氮水平处于污染状态,TP水平已达到重度污染状态。In order to explore the spatial distribution and pollution characteristics of nitrogen,phosphorus,organic matter in the sediments of Yangcheng Lake,the concentrations of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and organic matter in sediment samples were analyzed in February 2018,evaluating the spatial distribution and the correlation of pollution factors.The pollution situation of Yangcheng Lake sediment was evaluated by organic index and pollution index method.The results indicate that the average total nitrogen content in the surface sediments of Yangcheng Lake is 3046.65 mg/kg,the range of change is 1272.66~5399.56 mg/kg,and the average total phosphorus content is 721.90 mg/kg,with a range of 412.15~1425.54 mg/kg,the average mass fraction of organic matter is 8.28%,and the range of variation is 1.24%~27.55%.The contents of total nitrogen and organic matter were lower in the west Yangcheng lake and higher in the east Yangcheng lake.The spatial distribution of total phosphorus is opposite to that of total nitrogen and organic matter.Correlation analysis of pollution factors indicates a significant correlation between total nitrogen and organic matter(p<0.05).The organic index and pollution index results show that the nitrogen level in the whole Yangcheng Lake is in a state of pollution,and the total phosphorus reaches a state of heavy pollution.
