摘　　要：文章阐述了公众参与城市生态环境治理的理论基础与国内外相关经验,回顾了合肥市过去20多年的快速城镇化进程,以及给城市生态环境带来的巨大挑战。通过对合肥市常住居民发放问卷,从空气、水体、绿化、交通四个方面进行环境满意度评价,并调查公众低碳生活意愿,找出生态环境重点问题,提出治理建议。This paper expounds the theoretical basis and relevant experience of public participation in urban ecological environment governance at home and abroad,and reviews the rapid urbanization process of Hefei in the past 20 years as well as the great challenges to urban ecological environment.Based on the questionnaire of Hefei residents,this paper evaluates the environmental satisfaction from four aspects of air,water,greening and transportation,and investigates the public’s low-carbon living willingness,finds out the key problems of ecological environment,and puts forward the governance suggestions.
