摘 要:饮食文化是传统民俗文化的载体之一,也是民俗文化旅游的重要组成部分。十八洞村饮食文化资源旅游开发拥有丰富多样的苗族饮食支撑,但其旅游认知与项目规划却始终无法与旅游定位协调一致,存在着宣传力度不足、饮食文化内涵挖掘不足、游客体验式旅游较弱、餐饮体系不健全四项问题。本文透过文化旅游视角,探析十八洞村饮食文化旅游开发中存在的问题,提出五项实用性的发展对策,以期促进十八洞村饮食文化旅游的可持续发展。Food culture is one of the carriers of traditional folk culture and an important part of folk culture tourism.The diet cultural resources tourism development in 18-hole village has rich and diverse support from Miao Nationality,but its tourism cognition and project planning are always unable to coordinate with the tourism positioning.There are four problems:insufficient publicity,insufficient exploration of diet cultural connotation,weak tourist experience tourism and imperfect catering system.From the perspective of cultural tourism,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the development of diet cultural tourism in 18-hole village,and puts forward five practical development strategies,expecting to promote the sustainable development of diet cultural tourism in 18-hole village.
