摘 要:快速发展的互联网理财无疑对商业银行存款业务带来了冲击.充分了解互联网理财吸引需求客户的因素对非银行机构互联网金融行业和商业银行完善和开拓各自业务、改善金融环境具有决策价值.两类样本因子分析和Logit回归分析结果表明:影响互联网理财和银行存款业务满意度评价的第一主因子为涉及各自业务性方面的因素,然后才是需求客户个体特征因素;需求客户个体特征因素对两种金融业务的影响方向相反;互联网理财的方便快捷性和利率较高等因素是冲击银行存款业务的优势因素,但这种冲击受到客户个体特征因素的约束.The rapid development of internet financing has undoubtedly brought a shock to the deposit business of commercial banks.Fully understanding the factors of attracting customers by internet financing has decision-making value for internet finance industry of non-banking institutions and commercial banks to improve and develop their business and improve the financial environment.The results of two kinds of sample factor analysis and logit regression analysis show that the first main factor affecting the satisfaction evaluation of internet financing and bank deposit business is related to their respective business,and then to the individual characteristics of demand customers;the individual characteristics of demand customers have opposite effects on the two kinds of financial business;the convenience and rapidity of internet financing and the high interest rate,etc.are the dominant factors that impact bank deposit business,but this impact is constrained by the individual characteristics of customers.
