摘 要:本文从佛山顺德区千禧纸厂的现状背景出发,提出其面临的问题及再利用价值。以千禧纸厂4#、7#建筑改造作为主要研究对象,提出改造目标及原则,制定出对应的功能提升与绿色改造策略。以《公共建筑节能设计标准》(GB 50189-2015)为标准,通过PHOENICS与PKPM软件进行4#、7#建筑的风环境与建筑能耗模拟分析,以此佐证绿色改造策略。总结关于既有工业建筑绿色改造设计的要点,为今后既有工业建筑绿色改造设计提供理论基础和相关经验。Based on the current situation and background of Qianxi paper mill in Shunde,Foshan,this paper puts forward the problems it faces and its reuse value.Taking the reconstruction of 4#and 7#buildings of Qianxi paper mill as the main research object,this paper puts forward the reconstruction objectives and principles,and formulates the corresponding function improvement and green reconstruction strategies.Based on Design Standard for Energy Efficiency of Public Buildings(GB50189-2015),the wind environment and building energy consumption of 4#and 7#buildings are simulated and analyzed by using PHOENICS and PKPM software to prove the green transformation strategy.Finally,the paper summarizes the key points of the green transformation design of the existing industrial buildings,and provides the theoretical basis and relevant experience for the green transformation design of the existing industrial buildings in the future.
