废弃煤矿矿区旧工业建筑更新改造策略研究——以徐州夹河煤矿为例

摘　　要：长期的大规模开采造成了煤炭资源的枯竭,现今我国许多煤矿已经关停并转,大量的旧工业建筑因失去生产功能而被废弃。本文以徐州夹河煤矿废弃矿区为例,分析其旧工业建筑的现状、类型和特点,提出更新改造的思路,论述功能空间层面和技术层面上的更新改造策略,以此为类似煤炭矿区旧工业建筑的再生提供参考。With the depletion of coal resources,a large number of coal mines are facing closure,resulting in the original old industrial buildings abandoned due to lost production function.Taking the abandoned coal mining area of Jiahe Coal Mine in Xuzhou as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation,types and features of the old industrial buildings in the site,and puts forward the renovation strategies of the old industrial buildings in the functional and technical levels,which provides a reference for the regeneration of the similar old industrial buildings in the coal mine area.
