HUL视野下非典型历史街区保护更新方法研究——以黄冈东坡赤壁街区为例

摘　　要：改革开放以来,许多历史城市的传统风貌在更新改造中逐渐瓦解,成为一片片的传统风貌区,部分区域被划定为历史文化街区加以保护,还有一些片区成为风貌混杂的传统城市碎片。随着人们保护意识的逐渐提升,这部分区域也逐渐进入保护视野,但这类街区遗存零散、风貌混杂,相对于以成片传统风貌为主的历史文化街区,属于非典型历史文化街区。这类街区在许多历史城市中普遍存在,如何重新认定其价值,制订保护更新策略,对保护城市遗产来说意义重大。本文以黄冈东坡赤壁街区为例,借用历史性城市景观(HUL)的视角,充分认识其承载不同历史时期风貌、反映城市层积的价值,探讨这类街区的保护更新方法。Since the reform and opening up,many historical cities have gradually lost their traditional features in the renovation and become the old city area with mixed features,some of which are recognized as the historical blocks to be protected.With the growing awareness of protection,these areas are also recognized as the protection objects.Compared with the traditional historical and cultural block,these areas are atypical historical and cultural blocks.This kind of block remains are scattered and mixed,which are common in many historical cities.How to recognize its value and formulate the protection and renewal strategy is of great significance to the protection of urban heritage.Taking Dong Po Chi Bi block in Huanggang as an example,this paper,from the perspective of historical urban landscape(HUL),fully understands its value of bearing the features of different historical periods and reflecting the urban stratification,and probes into the protection and renewal methods of such blocks.
