摘　　要：本文针对轻钢结构件的制作工艺和焊接质量控制,结合理论实践,在简要阐述轻钢结构件特点的基础上,分析轻钢结构件的制作工艺,并提出焊接质量控制措施。分析结果表明,结合轻钢结构件的特性,严格按照制作工艺进行生产加工,并在切换时做好焊接变形保护措施,可有效保证轻钢结构件制作质量,提升钢结构工程施工质量。In this paper,the light steel structure manufacturing process and welding quality control are combined with theoretical practice.On the basis of briefly introducing the characteristics of light steel structure,the light steel structure manufacturing process is analyzed,and the welding quality control measures are proposed.The analysis results show that in combination with the characteristics of light steel structural components,production and processing are strictly performed in accordance with the manufacturing process,and welding deformation protection measures are taken when switching,which can effectively ensure the quality of light steel structural components and improve the quality of steel structure engineering.
