摘 要:本文通过16个水平处理,了解IBA、NAA和IAA 3种生长激素对云南红豆杉扦插生根性状的影响。结果显示,一级根数最大的是处理8,一级根长最大的是处理4,一级根直径最大的是处理7和处理9,各处理间的愈伤根长差异极显著(P≈0.003<0.05)。影响插穗愈伤根数的理论优水平组合为A4B4C4,影响插穗皮部根数的理论优水平组合为A2B1C2,影响插穗总根数的理论优水平组合为A2B4C4;若只考虑生根总数,建议采用A2B4C4(0.25 g/L IBA、1.50 g/L NAA和1.20 g/L IAA)处理插穗。In this paper,the effects of IBA,NAA and IAA on the rooting characters of Taxus yunnanensis cuttings were studied through 16 horizontal treatments.The results showed:the primary roots of the cuttings had the largest number with No.8 treatment,had the biggest length with No.4 treatment and had the biggest diameter with No.7 and 9 treatments;there were significant differences in lengths of callus roots with different treatments(P≈0.03<0.05);the theoretical optimal horizontal combination affecting the number of callus roots of a cutting is A4B4C4,the theoretical optimal horizontal combination affecting the number of roots in the phloem part of a cutting is A2B1C2,and that affecting the total number of roots of a cutting is A2B4C4;if only the total number of rooting is considered,it is suggested that A2B4C4(0.25 g/L IBA+1.50 g/L NAA+1.20 g/L IAA)treatments should be adopted to produce the largest number of rooting.
