摘 要:粉煤灰作为碾压混凝土重要的掺和料,使用在有高抗冻性要求的碾压混凝土中,文中采用工程中常用的配合比,对不同粉煤灰掺量下的混凝土试件进行抗冻试验。结果表明,选择低水胶比,一般不宜超过0.5,此时强度有较大的富裕系数,以满足高抗冻耐久的需要,粉煤灰掺量不宜过高,要控制单位混凝土中水泥的含量,在普通硅酸盐水泥中优质粉煤灰的掺入比例不宜大于50%,机理分析表明掺粉煤灰混凝土的冻融破坏机理主要是结冰压力破坏,从而为粉煤灰混凝土抗冻性和耐久性的改善措施提供了依据。For the RCC will be used in the freezing regions,as one of the most important mineral mixture of RCC,In this paper,the frostresistant test of specimens with different fly ash content is carried out by using the mix proportion commonly used in engineering.In the mix design procedure of concrete used in frosty regions,high frost-resistant is the key index.In general,the water to cement ratio should be less than 0.5,and less than 0.45 is commended,because dependent on low W/C,the strength would be enough,and the frost-resistant ability would accord with the designed index.High volume of fly ash in the RCC at freezing regions is not suitable,even the dosage of high quality fly ash should be less than 50% to control the content of the cement in the concrete.The results show that the mechanism of failure of concrete under freeze/thaw cycle is mainly icing pressure.The research conclusions can be used as a base in designing of concrete with fly ash used in t concrete engineering.
