摘  要:介绍了宝钢特钢研制的核电站蒸汽发生器下封头分隔板用UNS NO6690镍基合金厚板。根据镍基合金厚板的产品特性及设计要求,重点对所研制产品多维度取样进行组织、性能测试和统计分析。分析结果表明,所研制的镍基合金热轧厚板产品各项指标均满足设计要求,组织和性能在板材的各个维度分布非常均匀,表明我国已完全掌握了核电蒸汽发生器水室隔板用镍基合金厚板的核心制造技术。This paper introduces the nickel-based UNS N06690 alloy thick plate used as the steam generator divider plate in the pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant produced by Baosteel Special Steel Co.,Ltd..According to the product characteristics and design requirements of nickel-based alloy thick plates,multi-dimension sampling and testing of the plate on microstructure and mechanical properties are carried on.The results show that all property indexes of hot rolled nickel-based alloy thick plate produced by Baosteel Special Steel Co.,Ltd.completely meet the design requirements,and the uniformity of microstructure and mechanical properties between different dimensions is good,which indicates China has completely mastered the core manufacturing technology of nickel-based alloy thick plates for nuclear power steam generator divider plate.
