摘  要:介绍了采用水玻璃砂型铸造钢锭模的工艺流程,并从混砂、造型、刷涂、烘干、合箱、浇注、拆箱、精整及热处理工艺等方面提出了生产过程中的控制要点,并阐述了4~5 t钢锭模的生产情况:型砂采用30~70目石英砂与水玻璃混砂配制,50~70目砂占总砂量的47.8%,水玻璃加入量为8.5%,采用下排气的方式进行生产,砂型烘干温度控制为180±5℃,保温2 h,合箱后浇注,清砂后进行检查,检测结果发现铸件内壁光滑,无结疤、夹渣等缺陷,满足使用要求,已使用87次,仍完好无损。The technological process of casting steel ingot molds using water glass sand molds was introduced.And the control points in the production process from the aspects of sand mixing,modeling,brushing,drying,box closing,pouring,unboxing,finishing and heat treatment were put forward.The production situation of 4~5 t steel ingot mold was explained:the molding sand was prepared by mixing 30~70 mesh quartz sand with water glass and 50~70 mesh sand accounts for 47.8%of the total sand.The water glass addition amount was 8.5%.The production was carried out by lower exhaust.The drying temperature of the sand mold was controlled at 180±5℃,and maintained for 2 hours.After the box was closed,the melt poured.After the sand removal,the inspection found that the inner wall of the casting was smooth without defects such as scarring and slag inclusion,which met the requirements for use.It had been used 87 times and was still intact.
