摘  要:为了合理利用细纱机上粗纱到牵伸区的闲置空间,设计建立了后区雾化加湿纺纱技术。预测了加湿状态下纤维状态和成纱性能,并分析了其纺纱过程中成纱机制和主要影响因素。针对主要影响因素提出了对照试验方案,对比分析了3种不同纤维素纤维纱线的条干、毛羽和强力性能。结果表明:在雾化加湿纺纱技术中,改善其纺纱性能程度的因素依次为吸湿表面积、受热温度、集束密度;雾化加湿纺纱技术可有效提高棉纤维纱线断裂强力和断裂伸长,同时成纱毛羽显著减少,但条干性能并无显著改善;莱赛尔纤维纱线强伸性和毛羽略有改善,条干性能有所恶化;粘胶纤维纱线毛羽有所减少,其强伸性和条干性能在10 cm雾化长度时达到最佳成纱效果。In order to reasonably use the free space from roving to the drafting area in spinning frame,the technology of rear zone atomized humidification was designed and built.The fiber condition and yarn properties under humidification condition were predicted.The spinning mechanism and main influence factors during spinning were analyzed.Aimed at the main influence factors,the comparison testing trial protocol was put forward.The three different cellulose fiber yarns evenness,hairiness and strength were compared.The test results showed that the improvement degrees on yarn properties were moisture absorption surface area,heated temperature and bundling density during the spinning technology of atomized humidification.The breaking strength and breaking elongation of cotton yarns were improved by atomized humidification spinning technology efficiently.Meanwhile,the hairiness of the yarn was obviously decreased.However,there was no obvious improvement on evenness.For lyocell fibers,the yarn strength&elongation and hairiness were slightly improved,but the evenness was worse to some extent.For viscose yarn,the yarn hairiness was reduced,the yarn strength&elongation and evenness were best when the atomizing length was 10 cm.
