摘　　要：为了解2019年河南省猪群猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)免疫抗体水平和病原流行情况,对河南省3 231场次的108 070份猪血清和714场次的18 746份猪组织样品,分别进行免疫抗体和病原学检测,并按季节、区域和场点类别,对检测结果进行了统计分析。抗体检测结果显示:2019年河南省平均个体免疫合格率为83.53%,场群免疫合格率为90.75%;不同季节、不同区域和不同场群的抗体水平均在70%以上,但散养户(70.21%)水平偏低。病原检测结果显示:2019年河南省个体病原阳性率为0.99%,场群病原阳性率为4.06%;一年四季均有病原检出,且春季阳性率最高;豫北地区个体和场群的病原阳性率均最高,而豫西地区未检出病原;无害化处理厂和散养户的病原阳性率较高。结果表明:河南省猪群PRRS免疫效果良好,但应加强散养户猪群的免疫;病原具有一定的时间、空间和群间分布特征,可依据其分布特点和规律,分类指导防控,以种猪场为中心,梯度推进净化工作。In order to make clear the antibody level and prevalence status of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS)in Henan Province in 2019,a total of 108 070 serum samples from 3 231 premises/times and 18 746 tissue samples from 714 premises/times were collected,and the antibodies and pathogens of PRRS were tested. Then the results were statistically analyzed based on different seasons,regions and premises as follows :for the detection of antibodies,the average qualified rates at individual and group level were 83.53% and 90.75% respectively,the qualified rates in different seasons,regions and premises were all above 70%,but the rate in free-range households was relatively low(70.21%);for the detection of pathogens,the positive rates at individual and group level were 0.99% and 4.06%,respectively,positive samples were detected all through the year,especially in spring;the positive rate of pathogens was highest in Northern Henan,especially in bio-safety disposal plants and free-range households,and was zero in Western Henan. The results showed that the immunization effect was good in pigs in Henan Province,but vaccination should be further strengthened in free-range households;PRRS should be prevented and controlled based on its distribution characteristics and rules in different seasons,regions and groups,and gradiently purified with the breeding farms as the center.
