摘　　要：曝气池在运行中出现滤料板结,导致初沉池周期性溢水。针对滤料颗粒细小、反冲洗时相互碰撞机会少、沸腾量小等问题,曝气池采用振动棒对滤料进行振动,使板结的滤料在机械动能下松散、摩擦,促使滤料自身及周围的有机物分离,从而有效解决了滤料板结的问题。During the operation of the aeration tank,the filter material plate is formed,which leads to the periodic overflow of the primary settling tank.In view of the problems of small filter material particles,little chance of collision with each other during backwashing and small amount of boiling,the aeration tank uses vibrating rod to vibrate the filter material,which makes the filter material loose and friction under the mechanical kinetic energy,promotes the separation of organic matter in the filter material itself and around it,thus effectively solves the problem of filter material plate knot.
