摘　　要：目的调查广东、广西、福建、湖南4个省份精神专科医院或开设精神科的综合性医院的治疗药物监测(TDM)实施情况。方法采用在线问卷调查形式开展调研,回收的问卷通过可信度评判后方可参与统计。结果共回收有效问卷69份,其中已开展TDM的有39家,35.9%开展TDM的受访医院参与室间质评,由药学部门开展的TDM中,37.5%和50.0%分别对全部和部分异常值进行临床干预,而由检验科开展的TDM,该数据分别为16.7%和30.0%。结论TDM应有临床药学人员的参与,由检测部门、临床药学和临床医师共同为患者实现个体化药物治疗。Objective To investigate the development of therapeutic drug monitoring(TDM)in psychiatric hospitals or general hospitals with psychiatric department of Guangdong,Guangxi,Fujian and Hunan pro-vince.Methods The investigation was conducted through online questionnaire.The recovery questionnaires should have passed a feasibility evaluation before involved in the statistical analysis.Results Sixty-nine valid questionnaires were recovered,in which 39 hospitals have offered TDM.And 35.9%of the 39 hospitals with psychiatric TDM participated external quality assessment.In the TDM conducted by pharmaceutical departments,37.5%and 50.0%were offered clinical intervention for total and partial abnormal results,respectively,while the data conducted by clinical laboratories were 16.7%and 30.0%,respectively.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists should participate TDM.Individualized drug therapy should be conducted by the cooperation of laboratory,clinical pharmacists and clinicians.
