摘 要:在临床用药中,患者不仅需要医师给予药物治疗,也需要护师的护理工作。护理工作涉及的范围较广,如何遵医嘱对患者进行用药指导,是医学高等职业教育护理专业用药护理课程的主要学习内容。结合当前教育信息化建设,用药护理信息化教学的建设与研究是改变护理专业改变传统多媒体教学的重点任务与课题之一。用药护理课程以学生为主体、以患者为中心、以疾病为线索、以专业为指导建设信息化教学资源。将信息化教学资源置于云课堂智慧职教管理平台加强信息化教学资源的使用与管理,并对我校2017级和2018级护理专业用药护理课程进行信息化教学对比研究,2017级使用传统文本资源结合多媒体教学,2018级使用信息化教学资源结合教学管理平台教学,结果显示2018级平均成绩明显高于2017级平均成绩。用药护理信息化教学在临床用药中对教学质量有显著提高作用,对学生学习兴趣、自主学习能力、学习成绩有明显的提升作用。In clinic,the patients not only need the doctor’s medication treatment,but also the nurses’care.Nurses care involves a wide range,how to follow the doctor’s advice and give the patients safe and effective medication guidance,are the main contents of medication care of nursing profession of medical higher vocational education.With the current construction of education information,the construction and research of the education information of medicine care is one of the key tasks and research projects for the nursing profession to change the traditional blackboard teaching.The informational teaching resources of medication care are based on the students-oriented,patient-centered,disease-clued,profession-guided,which are put on the teaching management platform.We use informational teaching resources to carry out comparative study for students of 2017 and 2018.For the students of 2017,we use traditional text resources combined with multimedia teaching,and for the students of 2018,we use information teaching resources combined with teaching management platform.The results show that the average score of 2018 is significantly higher than that of 2017.The informational teaching of medication care plays an important role on improving the teaching quality in clinical medication,and increasing students’learning interest,cultivating independent learning ability and upgrading the academic performance.
