耳廓贯穿缝合碘仿纱条加压包扎治疗耳廓假性囊肿

摘　　要：目的探讨耳廓贯穿缝合碘仿纱条加压包扎治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。方法将49例耳廓假性囊肿患者随机分为改良组(耳廓贯穿缝合碘仿纱条加压包扎)和对照组(倒三角形切口开窗),比较两组的疗效。结果术后随访6个月至1年,两组患者均无复发。改良组有效率达100.0%,无并发症;对照组有效率达82.6%,其中4例患者并发耳廓软骨膜炎、耳廓畸形,给予抗感染及换药等治疗,患者仍有耳廓畸形及增厚。两组并发症发生率经比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后两组患者的人均换药次数经比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳廓贯穿缝合碘仿纱条加压包扎治疗耳廓假性囊肿,具有术后恢复快、换药次数少,复发率低及并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of transfixion suture of auricle iodoform gauze strip in the treatment of auricle pseudocyst.Methods 49 cases of auricular pseudocyst were randomly divided into two groups: the improved group(iodoform gauze through suture and compression bandage) and the control group(inverted triangular incision). The efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The patients were followed up for 6 months to 1 year. The effective rate of the improved group was 100.0%. There were no complications in the improved group. And the effective rate of the control group was 82.6%. There were the complications of auricle perichondritis and auricle deformity in 4 cases of the control group. The four patients were treated with anti-infection and dressing change, but they still had auricle deformity and auricular thickening. By comparing the incidence of complications, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was significant difference in the number of dressing changes per capita between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions It has the advantages of quick recovery, fewer dressing changes, low recurrence rate and fewer complications for the treatment of auricular pseudocyst with iodoform gauze through suture and compression bandage. The treatment is worthy of being popularized in clinical application.
