摘 要:目的探讨定性风险评估法在职业病危害预评价的适用性、实用性和优越性。方法采用定性风险评估模型综合评价建设项目各种危害因素,得出风险等级,判定拟采取的防护设施是否能满足防护要求。结果原料上料、粉碎及输料过程、成品粉碎、包装过程采取2级风险控制对策;炭化炉炭化过程和秸秆燃烧过程采取3级风险控制对策;化验作业中使用氢氧化钠、硫酸、盐酸时分别采取1、1、3级风险控制对策。结论在实际工作中将风险评估法运用到建设项目的职业病危害预评价中是完全可行的,该方法弥补了类比法的不足。Objective To explore the applicability,practicability and superiority of qualitative risk assessment method in the pre-evaluation of occupational disease hazards.Methods A qualitative risk assessment model was used to comprehensively evaluate the various hazard factors of a construction project,and the risk level was obtained to determine whether the proposed protective facilities can meet the protection requirements.Results Level 2 risk control measures for raw material finishing,crushing and feeding process,final product crushing and packaging process,the carbonization process of the carbonization furnace adopted a three-level risk control strategy;straw combustion process to adopt a four-level risk control strategy,when using sodium hydroxide,hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid in laboratory operations,risk control countermeasures of 1,1 and 3 levels were adopted respectively.Conclusion In practice,it is feasible to apply the risk assessment method to the pre-evaluation of occupational disease hazards in construction projects.
